About Us

Larards Lets is a leading firm of Chartered Surveyors, residential letting, property management and estate agents particularly dominant in the Kingston upon Hull and East Riding of Yorkshire rental market. We act for hundreds of private landlords and manage thousands of homes across the region and beyond.

We do business with all types of landlords from single property investors to multi-million pound portfolio clients. Buy-to-let investors, ex-patriot home owners and specialist property companies are all typical of the landlords we work with.

With the exception of student lets we handle all types of residential property from individual units to purpose built blocks of apartments. We deal with all aspects of letting and property management and provide professional services including valuations, rent reviews, energy performance assessments etc. Sales of owner-occupied homes and tenanted investment property is also a major part of our service handled under our Lets Sell brand name.

Founded as long ago as 1896, F A Larard & Sons traded throughout the 20th century primarily as a highly regarded residential rent collection company. Whilst the Larard family’s connection with the ownership and running of the business came to an end early in the 21st century, the long tradition for excellence is continued by our company.

Larards Property Management Ltd, trading as Larards Lets and Lets Sell was incorporated by proprietors Glen Welbourne (Chartered Surveyor), Kay Welbourne and Lesley Ormston in 2003. As a progressive company we have gone from strength to strength whilst still retaining traditionally important values and a strong sense of loyalty to our heritage.
